The goal of these groups is to support individuals affected by mental health challenges, and/or those grieving the loss of a loved one. Through shared experience, individuals can grow in community as they seek to grow spiritually closer to God. These groups are not therapy, nor are they facilitated by mental health professionals. Group members are encouraged to seek out professional services if needed and to continue mental health treatment as recommended by their provider.
