Awareness: Understanding the prevalence of mental health challenges and the significant impact it can have on overall wellbeing.
Advocacy: Recognizing the dignity of those struggling with mental health challenges and highlighting the call to discipleship for all those baptized in Christ.
Accompaniment: Walking alongside those affected by mental health challenges to help bring them out of the darkness and into the light.Mental Health Ministry involves listening and accompanying.It does not involve diagnosing and treating.

The St. Dymphna Grant is a $500 grant to be used towards mental health ministry. Some examples include hosting a mental wellness speaker event or running a mental health spiritual support group.
