Welcome to Remote Support

Remote Support is a tool that allows a representative from the diocese to remotely view and work with your computer. This can be helpful for handling issues that come up for parishes using ParishSOFT or QuickBooks.

Please do not attempt to connect to Remote Support unless you have been instructed to do so. It will not work unless a representative from the diocese is ready to connect as well.

When instructed to do so, follow the instructions below to initiate a remote support session with your diocesan representative. If you get disconnected during the process, call back at 608-821-3014.
